I was kindly sent a couple of lots by the British Asparagus group this week, so I decided to make this dish, mainly due to the fact that I had feta in the fridge and thought it would be a great concept. Ends up, it was. A fast note about the maintained lemon you don't necessarily need to buy it particularly for this dish if you do not think you'll utilize it in anything else (due to the fact that just an extremely little quantity is required), BUT if you do happen to have some in the refrigerator, then I extremely advise it as I think it works astonishingly with the feta.
